Cancellation policy

  1. Amending, cancelling or transferring a booking after a booking confirmation

    2. Cancelling a Booking after you receive your Booking Confirmation because you have changed your mind: If you change your mind after you receive your Booking Confirmation:
  2. Your rights to end a rental contract
    1. Your rights to end a Rental Contract other than where you change your mind (as
      outlined in paragraph 10.2): You may immediately end a Rental Contract:
      1. if the site has committed a serious breach of its obligations to you as set out in these
        Booking Terms;
      2. if we have told you about a material error in the charges or Booking Details or a significant error in the description of the Rental Services relating to your Booking and you notify us that you do not wish to proceed; or
      3. if we notify you about a change to the Total Charges due to changes in the applicable exchange rate and you notify us that you do not wish to proceed in accordance with paragraph
  3. Cancellation and refund policy
    1. All bookings require a 30-50% deposit at the time of booking with the balance paid no later than 60 days before travel and the deposit plus any booking fees are non-refundable.
    2. Each of our properties operates a cancellation policy which is outlined in the property listing. Our standard cancellation policy allows you to cancel your booking for any reason between 60 and 21 days ahead of check-in and claim back a proportion of the amount paid based on the length of notice you have given us:
      1. 21 days notice or less - 0% of the accommodation cost
      2. 22 – 30 days notice - 15% of the accommodation cost
      3. 31 – 45 days notice - 30% of the accommodation cost
      4. 45 – 59 days notice - 50% of the accommodation cost
      5. 60 days or more - any unpaid balances will be waived over and above the deposit amount.
      6. Within 24 hours of making the booking - 100% of the accommodation cost.
